So your own people can do more of it.

The aim is to need us less. Owners who can read their own statements ask better questions, and staff who understand the software stop creating the problems we get paid to fix.

Who this is for

  • You sign things you do not fully follow.
  • Your team uses the accounting software but nobody was taught it.
  • The same manual task eats a day a week and nobody has asked why.

How it runs

  • Finance for owners and managers: reading the statements and what to do about them.
  • Software training on the parts your people actually touch.
  • Workshops on your own SOPs, so the process is understood not just written.
  • A look at which manual work is worth automating, and which is not.

What is included.

  • Finance for owners and managers
  • Reading financial statements
  • Budget and cash-flow training
  • Accounting software training
  • SOP and process workshops
  • AI productivity training
  • Finding work worth automating

Questions

Before you call.

Who is this for?

Owners and managers who sign things they do not fully follow, and staff who use the accounting software but were never actually taught it. Those are two different sessions and we do not run them as one.

Do you train on our own books or on examples?

On your own. Training on a demo company teaches the software. Training on your own ledger teaches your business, and people remember the second one.

What if the person we train leaves?

That is the argument for writing the SOPs down as part of the work rather than leaving the knowledge in a person. The workshops run on your own SOPs so the process is understood, not just filed.

Will you tell us what to automate?

We will tell you what is worth automating and what is not. The second half of that is the useful half. Plenty of manual work is cheaper to leave alone than to build around.
