Which software do you set up?
QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books. We assess what you actually need before recommending any of them, because the honest answer is sometimes that the software you have is fine and the setup is what is wrong.
Do we have to buy something new?
Not automatically. If you are already on software and do not trust the opening balances, that is a migration and tie-out problem rather than a licensing one.
Who owns the licence and the data?
You do. The subscription is in your name. If you stop working with us, your books, documents and software access come back to you in usable form.
Everyone here shares one login. Does that matter?
Yes. It means no entry can be traced to a person, which removes the only record you would have if something needs explaining. Permissions get set per person as part of the setup.
