Accounts your parent company can consolidate.

A subsidiary, branch or liaison office is judged twice: once by the regulator in Dhaka and once by a finance team somewhere else who has never met your bookkeeper. We keep the records so both readings hold.

What usually brings you here

  • Your group asks for numbers in a format your local accounts do not produce.
  • The monthly close depends on one person, and nobody at head office can see progress.
  • Audit season turns into three weeks of reconstructing documents.
  • Nobody can say, on the 10th, what last month actually cost.

What you get every month

  • A monthly pack in English, on a fixed date, in a layout your group can consolidate
  • Reconciliations complete before the pack goes out, not after questions arrive
  • Provident fund and gratuity accounted for properly, not accrued as a guess
  • Intercompany balances reconciled and ready to eliminate at consolidation
  • Foreign currency balances carried in taka and in your group currency, with the movements explained
  • A file your auditor can work from without a scramble

Where we would start.

We do not sign your audit or file your returns. We make both straightforward for the firm that does.

Your parent's stack

We already work in the systems your head office uses.

Most of these need a USA or foreign entity and are not available in Bangladesh on their own. If your parent runs on them, your Dhaka accounts still have to reconcile to them, and that is the part a local firm has usually never seen.

What it costs

Scoped and priced for your case.

The estimator on our pricing page is built for a Bangladeshi company weighing us against hiring one accountant. A subsidiary is a different job. A pack your group can consolidate, records that reconcile to systems your head office runs abroad, and provident fund and gratuity treated so group accounting can use them are all real extra work, and pretending otherwise would mean quoting you for something else.

So this one is scoped first and priced in writing before anything starts. Same rule as everywhere else on this site: the number is fixed, it is agreed before the work, and it does not move without your approval. You are welcome to run the estimator to see how we think about price.

Questions

Before you call.

Can you produce a pack our parent company can consolidate?

Yes, and that is the whole point of the engagement. Records that reconcile to the systems your head office runs abroad, on your group reporting calendar rather than ours.

Why is this quoted separately instead of through the estimator?

Because it is genuinely more work and pretending otherwise would show up later. Group reporting, a second set of definitions to satisfy, and provident fund and gratuity treated for group accounting are all real additions.

Do you work in the systems we already use?

Yes. The point is that your Bangladesh entity stops being the one line in the consolidation that nobody can tie out.

Who deals with the statutory side here?

A licensed firm. We do not file VAT or income tax returns with the NBR, we do not make RJSC filings and we do not do statutory audit. We hand over accounts that are ready for whoever does.

New subsidiaries

Just set up in Bangladesh? The finance side of arriving.

Entity setup, licences and investment reporting belong to your law firm and your licensed advisers. What lands on us is everything that starts the day the entity exists.

  • A chart of accounts that matches your group reporting from day one, so month one consolidates as cleanly as month forty.
  • Banking, wallets and payroll recorded from the first transaction, not reconstructed at the first audit.
  • TDS and VAT records kept filing-ready for the licensed firm that files them.
  • A monthly pack in English, on a fixed date, in the format and currency presentation your group expects.

We do not set up entities and we do not file. If you still need those hands, we work beside the firms that do them.
