How is this different from the Virtual CFO?
The CFO add-on is an ongoing monthly relationship. Advisory is a defined piece of work with an end: a model that has to hold up, a diligence process that is coming, a finance function that has to be built before you hire into it.
Can we buy just one piece of it?
Yes. Each piece is scoped and quoted on its own. You are not required to take a monthly package to get a financial model built or a data room organised.
Do you give tax or legal advice?
No. Business setup and compliance work is coordinated with licensed professionals, and we say which parts are theirs. We do not give legal opinions and we do not make RJSC or NBR filings.
Will the model actually tie to our accounts?
That is the point of it. A model that cannot be reconciled back to the books it came from is the first thing an investor finds, and it costs more credibility than a slow month ever will.
